AGING | LIFE
Embracing The Tide
Do you ever wonder what lies ahead?

I stand where the sea meets the shore,
waves whispering stories I’ve heard before.
The wind wraps around me, soft and free,
like an old friend calling me home to the sea.
Once, I chased time, eager and bold,
dreams like footprints in sands of gold.
Now, I walk with quiet grace,
learning to savor, not just to race.
My hands rise — not in farewell,
but in thanks for the tales my heart can tell.
The sun still glows, the waves still play,
life still sings in a gentle way.
Aging is not fading, nor drifting apart,
but holding each moment deep in the heart.
So I stand with open hands and eyes,
embracing the tide, embracing the skies.
