I Joined the Songkran Water Festival in Phuket Thailand

The Songkran Water Festival is a traditional Thai New Year celebration marked by water fights and street parties, symbolizing cleansing, renewal, and the welcoming of the new year.

I am currently in Phuket Thailand, staying at a friend's place. From Rawai, I took a bus to Patong Beach.

The Songkran Water Festival in Phuket, Thailand, was like stepping into a whirlwind of joy and water. As I arrived at Patong Beach, the air buzzed with excitement.

The opening ceremony greeted me with a burst of culture, as local Thai dancers gracefully moved to the rhythm of traditional music. It was a beautiful introduction to the festivities, setting the stage for what was to come.
