Sadao Border Crossing To Hatyai in Thailand

We journeyed from Singapore to Johor, then proceeded from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur, passing through Ipoh and Penang before reaching the Sadao Border Crossing and Immigration Thailand.

WELCOME TO HATYAI

As I write this, we’re passing through Hatyai en route to Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

During our journey, we frequently stopped for fuel and to stretch. Oh my goodness, I’m truly feeling my age now, especially with the discomfort in my hips. The persistent rain and the extended ride made me quite cold, and putting on rain trousers became quite a hassle.

Hatyai

A gem in southern Thailand, captivates with its lively markets, flavorful street eats, and rich culture. The lively nightlife, and budget-friendly shopping are abundant here.

Unfortunately, we are only passing through in this part of Thailand.

As the rain continues, we left. And continue our journey towards Aonang Krabi the following morning.

Ferry boat to cross the island. Just about 5 minutes ride.
