Take A Little Time Each Day To Take Care of You. But How?

Every day it seems our days are bigger, busier, and more hectic. It’s easy to get lost in the hustle of life and forget to take care of yourself. The road to self-care can be difficult, but it should be one you travel often. Self-care doesn’t have to take up a lot of time, just 15 minutes each day can make all the difference in how you feel about the rest of your day.

Just like you, I was a workaholic. I was running my own business in Photography. I have 3 employees working with me, working hand in hand and I am the main photographer.

The photographic business is not just about taking photographs.

The countless hours to work of editing in front of the PC monitor is the killer.

Hundreds of photographs ordered by customers. The chaotic deadline needs to meet, especially when your clients are in big corporations

My main clients were Procter and Gamble employees, Singapore Telecom, and Hospitals to mention a few.

I am very perfectionist when comes to images that release from my studio especially the faces of people. I will check every work my colleagues have done before it goes out to the owner.

Because of being a perfectionist with my work, I am being loved by many customers.

One day, I was so sick! I was hospitalized for almost a month. Diagnosed with fatigue and stress.

I told to my beautiful self, I cannot keep doing like this. There are so many people depending on me back home.

I cannot give stress to the people around me.

The money that I make is not good enough to kill myself slowly and painfully.

I do take a little time each day to take care of myself and it changes my life. Here is what…
