In a rugged shell, a world concealed,
A walnut’s mind, its fate revealed.
Half-opened gate, a brain-like form,
Shaped by nature, weathered, worn.

An ancient thought in humble guise,
Secrets kept from mortal eyes.
Through creases deep, in silent lines,
Wisdom flows in hidden signs.

A map of life, from seed to tree,
Bound by roots, yet wild and free.

Of Earth and time and tales of old.

In a shell of strength and wisdom’s might,
The walnut dreams, unseen by sight.
